We take pride to be very pro-active in our communication with you and your helper. We will make checks to see if the maid is well adjusted to your family and living conditions. At the same time we would like to see if your family members are also well adjusted to the helper. As such, we will provide periodic consultation by calling upon you and the helper from time to time. This will help ensure that your family and the helper can live and work harmoniously together, and to have a lasting relationship throughout the employment term.
